As an osteopath, helping people to pre and rehab themselves is key to recovery alongside treatment. What I love about Fkpro suspension training is how individual and tailored this form of exercise and strength training can be, not only to the individual on a 121 basis but also to the individual in a group class setting. The benefits I have seen not only from the younger generation of patient but also the older generation is phenomenal and more importantly the empowerment it gives, especially to my older patients is inspiring to see and listen to. Couldn't recommend it highly enough
