John Mk was extremely helpful! He sat down with me and helped me solve my membership issues and was able to find me a solution that fit with my schedule! He was super kind and helpful and answered all of my questions.

I joined for an overpriced club. In the beginning I loved it. James Had a cleaning team that kept the place spotless and well oiled. After a while they had rat traps put out and there was nothing but Dirty equipment and no help. Once the head manager had his promotion he drove off in his black Camaro and left us high and dry. They would not work worth me and my son although I spoke with several people that said they got the price they wanted. I will not go to a gym where they treat me like cattle. This was the one in Centreville.
