REFINED 24/7 GYM

Absolutely love this gym and my personal trainer. From day one, they've been attentive to my specific goals and fitness needs. Every workout feels customized and purposeful, and I never feel like just another client to the owners. The environment is welcoming and motivating, and I always leave feeling stronger and more confident. Highly recommend!

This is the best gym I have ever trained at, hands down. Everything is clean, modern, and well-designed and you can tell a lot of thought, effort, and love has been put into this place. Both of the owners Josh and Jeanette are super friendly, helpful, and positive people and it's always a pleasure to see them. Josh came in today on his weekend to clean which really impressed me and both of them always greet you by name. Unlike the average gym, I can come-in knowing I won't be bombarded by hundreds of people roaming around, people recording themselves, or having to wait for a machine. I always leave feeling peaceful and refreshed after my workouts here which helps me stay consistent on those days I've had too much stimulation from a busy day at work.

By far the best gym in all of the Las Vegas valley. I go at the busiest time (5-6) and I’ve never experienced a time where I had to skip a set or wait for a machine. That was my biggest thing with the last gyms I went to. Everything is ALWAYS clean. It’s a great community in the gym as I see the same people all the time and Josh and Jeanette are extremely friendly and personable and will make sure any concern you may have is corrrected. I would not recommend any other gym.

I have been coming to this gym for a little over a month now and my experience has been amazing. It has an incredible sense of community that you just don’t find in big gyms. The owners are absolutely fantastic—they actually care about your wellbeing as a person, not just a customer. They check in on your progress, offer support, make you feel welcome and greet everyone by name; heck sometimes they are even breaking a sweat lifting weights right beside you. The facility is consistently clean, well-maintained, and never overcrowded, making it a comfortable place to train. They make me look forward to showing up every day. This is the perfect gym if you are looking for a supportive, friendly, and clean environment.

I previously posted a negative review of Refined Gym because I believe their actions misrepresented the truth. In that review, I said the facility is small, lacks amenities, offers limited equipment and space, and is significantly overpriced. The owner did not address these concerns and instead misrepresented my statements about a different matter, which I have not included here to comply with Yelp's guidelines. For some reason, the owner is fixated on that other matter, which has nothing to do with this or any other review. To clarify for Yelp, I do not personally know the ownership of Refined Gym, as noted in the removal notification for my previous review. I interacted with the respondent only two or three times over three months, including a meeting with my wife and me about possibly taking over the space at their original facility. This was suggested by the respondent's husband, not me, as she claimed. After these interactions, it became clear the owner did not wish to communicate. Reflecting on this review, I now better understand the respondent's perspective, whether right or wrong. That is for her to deal with.
