I was always a little apprehensive of studios and my practice being public. Karlín yoga I initially chose for it being closest to my house, but definitely got way more than a great location. It's very cute and cosy the second you walk in, the basement location gives off very private feels (definitely helped with the anxiety of going to a studio). Great changing rooms plenty of space, lockers and things you might need after more intense session. The schedule is unbelievable, you can literally pick a class for any time of the day, giving you zero excuse for not going. Amazing variety of classes and teachers, both in Czech and English, and even if advertised as Czech class all the teachers were always more than accomodating with English speakers. Love love love all the workshops that happen throughout the year also. Always recommend to all my friends and foes, and drag however lets me to come and practice. Loves me Karlín yoga studio❤️
Amazing studio with great instructors. Various styles of yoga that you can be booked from their booking website. Hence lessons are not too crowdy. Early morning lessons, lunchtime lessons as well as evening lessons. Great for expats since there are lessons in English as well and cheery on the top, they accept the multi sport card but also offer unlimited package for the ones who wants to practice without restrictions. Highly recommended
Wow, of all yoga places I've been to in Prague, this one has to be the best yet. Basement studio with warm and cozy enviroment, locker rooms and showers are done very nicely, helpful and friendly teachers. Schedule is wide ranging with classes for practitioners of all levels, way to go!
