I was completely mis-sold this package. I was told it was comparable to a gym membership, which is simply not true. It is, in fact, a finance agreement, and I have provided evidence from my mortgage advisor confirming this. As a direct result, this has negatively impacted my ability to obtain a mortgage, despite assurances from your advisor that it would not. I submitted clear proof of this when raising my complaint. When I raised these concerns and requested a partial refund, I was extremely concerned to be advised by your team to use someone else's card so that any mortgage company would not be aware. This suggestion is wholly inappropriate and appears to go against Sections 2 and 6 of the Fraud Act 2006. Additionally, your team's repeated failure to properly read or address my emails adds to the poor customer service I have experienced. It has now been over two weeks since I formally raised my complaint, and I have yet to receive any reasonable resolution. Overall, this has been a very disappointing and concerning experience, and I would strongly advise everyone to stay away. I would give 0 stars if I could.
