Apex Fitness Systems

A VERY impressive setup I must say and a credit to the owners they've done a fantastic job with this. There's something for everyone here. Im used to the old school bodybuilding gyms so I didn't think this gym would be my kind of thing personally ..but I was wrong. There is a great range of machines and free weights ,there is everything you could possibly want to be fair. I love the whole setup , it's clean, tidy , well presented , bright & airy... all the facilities you need. The staff are friendly helpful and down to earth. Great atmosphere and certainly very good value for money. A great plus is you don't have to sign up for a whole year membership like other gyms also. It's an independent gym which I really like also ,as I have my own independent local business myself so I'm a big believer in supporting local. Please don't hesitate in visiting these guys , you won't be disappointment .. it ticks all the boxes as far as I'm concerned. It's positive to see local businesses like this nowadays. Well done again guys!!!

I was part of the Summer Superhero and then Winter Warrior program that Apex run. The fact that I signed up to another program straight away should be telling ! When I started with Apex I was not a gym goer at all, suffered from a lack of motivation and was really out of shape. Their nutritional program and weight training changed my world. In the last year I've lost nearly 2 stone and feel far fitter than I ever have before. I cannot recommend Matt and Tom enough, they are incredibly dedicated and have delivered above and beyond time and time again!

Apex Fitness genuinely changed my life! They helped me lose over 50 pounds and get fit and healthy by teaching me the how's and whys of weight loss, supporting me and pushing me in all the right ways. I now look forward to going to the gym and understand how to keep myself in good shape going forward. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone and everyone!
