Love this gym. It's my haven when the kids are in crèche. I've never walked in the door and not got a friend "hello" from staff. Haven't tried the pool yet but husband is in a few mornings a week and likes it
A great facility. Swimming pool Membership available on request. Other activities include chair, yoga, pole walking etc, depending on availability. Helpful staff will help you find an exercise program to suit your needs and abilities.
They don't update their timetable on their website when the pool is unavailable due to galas taking place etc. leading to a completely wasted journey for me today. Picture attached shows the pool was supposed to be open today but when I got there I was told it was closed as there was a gala taking place. Extremely lazy.
