Excellent gym, undoubtedly one of the most renowned in the area. The equipment is in excellent condition and very clean. The atmosphere in the gym is very friendly, and special mention goes to the staff, who are always attentive to anyone who needs it (instructors, reception). Congratulations! The only drawback I find, considering the number of machines they have, is that the space feels cramped (they're very close together), and fortunately, they have a large membership, which is why the gym is almost always very crowded.

Es uno de los gimnasios más longevos de la.colonia antes llamado Apolos. Está bien equipado aunque si faltan un par de maquinas que se esperaría tuviera como el curl de pie, lo que si me sorprendió es que tiene la máquina para dorsiflexiones con la que trabajas directamente el tibial anterior otra cosa a favor es que sus discos son aulados lo que disminuye el ruido, también cuánta suficientes equipos para entrenamiento cardiovascular. Puntos en contra es que por lo mismo de su cantidad de aparatos pues el espació entre equipos es reducido y llega a ser incómodo el pasar de un lado a otro brincando entre máquinas, después de medio día comenzó a llegar mucha gente y se redujo aún más el poco espacio que había, algunos equipos ya necesitan un mantenimiento.como los rodillos de la extensión de rodillas y del curl sentado, la prensa rechina mucho al usarla. En cuestión de costos la visita tuvo un precio de $50 ligeramente más elevado que otros gimnasios cercanos pero está bien, no fue de mis favoritos pero pudimos entrenar agusto, si quieres encontrar tranquilo ve por la mañana.

I don't understand why the previous coaches were there for so long, but they didn't pay attention to the staff, and the equipment was clearly not being maintained. And if it's not for what I saw, maybe it was the head of personnel; she yelled at a worker as she was arriving. Now I understand why the employees don't last. It was also very unpleasant to see that kind of behavior towards the workers, and I think it was even more uncomfortable for the worker. Very bad management. 🤷
