I stayed at Hamra Urban Gardens for 6 nights and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Hamra and close to everything. The room was comfortable and neat. The gym is decent and the pool area is very nice and relaxing. The staff were polite and helpful, especially the receptionists Mohammad Ali and Ali, who were always responsive and helpful. In conclusion, the value for money is excellent, as the services and facilities make this hotel a perfect choice.

Very clean sheets and rooms overall. Shower worked with hot water and no smells. Very quiet at night and check in experience was super smooth. Don’t expect much socializing here despite a small common area next to the room with amenities like microwave oven. WiFi is stable and good. Would be good if they offered towels even if paid for a small fee.

What a marvellous place! Really enjoyed my stay here. Hussam the receptionist is freaking amazing! What a calm, helpful & informative person. Truly a gem! The rooms, bathrooms - all good, no issue! Thanks

They cancelled my reservation unilaterally the same day of my arrival. I had to book again in a hurry at a higher price. I told them about the fact I had to pay extra because of their mistake, but they didn't issue a refund for the extra cost or do anything about it. Besides the bad service, the rooms and location are OK.

Bad experience. I came to your hotel from few weeks about a night and checked out after 7 hours!! you can check it in your system or books i was with my boyfriend to spend some relaxing time together, and we booked a room with a kitchen. First of all, the kitchen was not clean at all. The stove was full of burnt coffee stains and was very dirty. Second, there was nothing to clean the floor if water spilled no mop or anything to wipe it. There was also only one bathroom tissue roll and no extra tissues. On top of that, there were used towels left behind with water still on the shower door. There was only one fork, while there should have been two.although their were sounds of kids in hallway was annoying e The bed had an unpleasant smell, and the electricity situation was confusing because nobody explained how it worked. We had to come back and ask. The same issue happened withe fridge . Overall, it was a very disappointing experience
