Professional trainers, Anna, the studio owner, teaches the workouts herself, and you'll be so lucky to have her; you'll leave wanting to come back again! Been going to the studio since it's opening almost 10 years ago. Really best pilates place in Moscow. Ideal location, well equipped & best coaches in the city. Won't change it to anything else.
I've been going to this Pilates studio for 3 years now, having mostly private lessons with Anna. She is absolutely fabulous -- really attentive, remembers your personal needs and is also super positive and full of energy. The staff are also wonderful, and the atmosphere is great. Highly recommend!
