I was in town for a few nights having cycled around the Bordeaux region. Sophie was communicative and the class and poses and corrections were exactly what I needed - particularly legs and upper back. Such a tonic. The mix between French and English was seamless and I learnt some new words (talons!) and after Sophie and a fellow student recommended some amazing local places to eat. What a wonderful welcome to Bordeaux and what a fantastic class and space. Thank you Sophie.

Excellent cours. Sophie est d'une très grande attention. Elle propose une pédagogie performante qui s'adapte à chacun, dans le respect du pratiquant et des principes fondamentaux du yoga.
Very good yoga place. Sophie is a great and dedicated teacher. Really love going to class here and she even teach in english, for the people that doesn't speak french yet. I recommend !
Très bon cours de yoga avec Sophie qui est d une attention rare pour ses élèves (précision et sens des consignes, ajustements permanents, personnalisation...) ce qui permet de progresser rapidement et de ressentir toute la subtilité et les bienfaits du yoga. Rarement vu un enseignement avec autant de présence et d engagement !
