Love Omar's no-nonsense, no frills approach to yoga that demands your attention and concentration in return for strong assists for correct alignment. The spinal extension aided by the wall ropes was a new inversion adventure that I learned to relax into!

The teacher has an excellent level but does not pay enough attention to the beginner level, it corrects you and forces you to adopt a position without taking into account the pain that it can cause .... Too bad.
