Yukta Yoga Studio Asd Yukta Movement Molfetta Puglia

Molfetta, Italy

Yukta Yoga Studio (ASD Yukta Movement) in Molfetta, Italy shows 5/5 from 23 reviews, and its five written reviews consistently name instructor Caterina, also called Katy, describing a carefully curated studio environment and a second instructor, Gabriella, for postural yoga.

A Detailed Account of Long-Term Transformation

Pasqualina Nappi's review is the most extensive here: "Yukta Studio is a real little gem: a carefully curated environment down to the smallest details, clean, with a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Katy is a professional who manages to convey a love of yoga with an extraordinary charge of energy and positivity. For four years now it's been my favorite place, every practice becomes a discovery of yourself, of your own limits and of overcoming them, guided by the teacher's experience. The school also offers a postural yoga path with the very skilled Gabri, who is also an attentive and expert teacher." I'd flag that four-year tenure directly, since sustained multi-year attendance is a more credible signal of quality than a single enthusiastic first impression, and the review specifically names a second instructor for a distinct postural yoga track.

A Detailed Sensory Account of the Practice Itself

Annamaria Pugliano's review focuses on the full sensory and structural experience (translated from Italian): "Every time I walk through the studio door, just the smell of the lit palo santo already makes me feel better. The place is peaceful, very clean, and everyone practices on their own mat. The discipline is comprehensive, from initial meditation to twists, inversions, stretches, yoga poses, to breathing. Caterina and Gabriella are two very well-trained teachers, attentive to their practitioners. They know how to help you recognize your own body and achieve the results you set for yourself." I'd treat that specific curriculum breadth, meditation, twists, inversions, stretches, and breathing, as a meaningful signal of a structured, comprehensive practice rather than a single-style class.

An Account Emphasizing Effort Alongside Peace

Teresa Binetti's review makes a specific point worth noting for anyone expecting a purely relaxing session: "Practicing yoga with Caterina in her studio is one of the most rewarding blessings one can have in life. Her studio was designed and curated so that yoga can be practiced using all the senses. Effort, so that no one thinks Hatha Yoga classes are relaxation, and peace." I'd flag that distinction directly, since it specifically corrects a common assumption that Hatha Yoga is purely gentle or restful, describing genuine physical effort as part of the practice here.

Accounts Confirming Instructor Quality and Reduced Stress

Susanna De Palma's review compares Caterina favorably to previous teachers she'd studied with, specifically praising her ability to involve even complete beginners. Grazia De Robertis's review frames the studio as ideal for anyone seeking inner peace and reduced daily stress, describing the instructor as highly qualified and consistently available.

What's Missing

No review states exact class or membership pricing. Nothing here describes specific class sizes or scheduling flexibility beyond the studio's own published hours.

Who It's Not For

Anyone expecting Hatha Yoga to be purely gentle and relaxing without physical effort, since at least one reviewer specifically corrects that assumption, describing genuine exertion as part of the practice here. Anyone who needs exact pricing before booking, since no review gives a specific figure.

Practicing Yoga with Caterina in her studio is one of the most rewarding blessings one can have in life. I'm grateful for this discipline, which I discovered a year and a half ago, both for how it shapes the body, but above all for how it regenerates the mind and the flow of energy within us...but most of all, grateful for practicing Hatha Yoga with Caterina. Her studio was designed and curated so that yoga can be practiced using all the senses. EFFORT (so that no one thinks Hatha Yoga classes are relaxation) and PEACE.

Consigliatissimo!

Over the years, I've had the opportunity to practice yoga with other teachers, but when I started practicing with Caterina, I appreciated yoga much more. Caterina is very professional, she puts everyone at ease, and she manages to involve even beginners. Watching her practice is like entering another dimension; it's impossible not to fall in love with yoga. Her studio is very welcoming, with a very well-kept environment. I encourage you to try yoga with her because it can help change your life for the better. Thank you, Katy ❤️
