I'm pleased with both the service and the sofa itself. The lady prepared several options from different models to fit my needs. There's a wide selection of upholstery and the sofa can be configured in various ways. The sofa arrived before Christmas (although I'd already accepted that it would probably arrive in the New Year). The gentlemen were very nice, assembled the sofa quickly, and the delivery wasn't difficult, even though it's not easy in my rural area. I recommend this store.

Z czystym sumieniem polecam ten sklep.

Unfortunately, my experience with customer service at ave ART was very negative. I bought two armchairs for over 5,000 PLN. I waited about four months for my order. After such a long wait, I was told I had to pick them up from the warehouse myself, and if I wanted delivery, I'd have to pay an additional 500 PLN. 500 PLN for delivery for two chairs? Seriously? After using them, I discovered that the seat height is approximately 55 cm, which is definitely 10 cm higher than the typical height of a chair or armchair. I asked the store to resolve the issue, for example, by shortening the legs of the armchairs. The response was cold and completely unhelpful. The complaint was dismissed with the argument that I had sat in the armchairs before purchasing and should have assessed their suitability. In my opinion, this is a very unprofessional approach, especially for such an expensive purchase. It's fair to say that the furniture itself is beautiful and gives a good impression of quality. Unfortunately, after-sales service, communication and willingness to solve the problem are at a very low level.

The furniture is very nice, but the service is very poor. And this is true at every stage. PURCHASE: We went in to buy a sofa we'd been eyeing for a long time. When we entered the store, the man was sitting bored on the sofa, on his phone – we felt like we were bothering him, he replied casually. But we were determined, so we went to the desk to buy it. When we asked if the sofa would definitely not have the same defects as those in the display, we received the answer that "it's not an expensive sofa and it's of the highest quality." We replied that 4,500 PLN was a lot for us; cheap sofas are available at IKEA. The salesperson replied, "Maybe you should buy from IKEA." He probably wanted to discourage us :) But we're taking a risk, we're buying it; we searched too long. The shipping cost was very high. When the man found out there was no elevator, he added a hundred or two per floor. We declined. We'll pick it up ourselves. WAIT TIME: 6-8 weeks. A very long wait for a Polish manufacturer, a standard product (no option to choose the fabric type, color of the sofa elements, etc.). Oh well. PICKUP: I think it took us six weeks to receive the information that the sofa was ready. We had to pay extra. We went straight away, rushing before the store closed (I got there at the last minute because the store manager was closing 15 minutes before closing time, and then he was still complaining that he'd already paid for everything by card). We couldn't get the sofa's dimensions to plan for proper transport. The store doesn't know how they package their products. So we went to the warehouse to check it out ourselves. It turned out the sofa was out of stock! The store claims we misunderstood them, that they were supposed to call and tell us the sofa wasn't in yet. We ultimately arranged with the warehouse to have it delivered and carried in ourselves (for a much smaller fee). FURNITURE CONDITION - RUINED IMMEDIATELY: - the wrong color of the wooden element at the bottom of the sofa (it was supposed to be light wood - we were told there was no choice, but it came in black) - chipped corners of the black wooden strip - the black wooden element - scratched, as if it had been run over with a knife while unpacking (but not by us) - the corner brackets didn't quite match the sofa - the holes in the sofa were randomly drilled for this bracket. It would have been better not to have them at all. The seller warned us that we were buying cheap goods and shouldn't expect everything to be of good quality and fit perfectly. But I honestly didn't believe him. Even if I were buying cheap goods (and for me, a sofa for 4,500 PLN is not cheap), I still demand new, undamaged goods. I haven't encountered such unprofessionalism in a long time, at every stage: from purchase, through delivery (contacting the store), to the quality of the delivered product itself. I don't recommend them because of the service. The guys at the warehouse are much more competent and less hassle-free. Photos from the day of installation (damaged corners of the molding, mismatched angle brackets).
