The meditation sessions and workshops are great for those interested in learning about meditation. The sessions are for beginners to advanced practitioners.
Diane Brito’s osteopathic treatments are truly life altering. Absolutely any time I can see her in Lisbon, I go out of my way to do so. Her new associate Léon Hohn is a welcome addition to her practice. His style is different, but equally valuable and essential. Diane has improved my quality of life immensely, and I am eternally grateful. Léon has added onto Diane’s work in a very complimentary way. I look forward to seeing them whenever I can make it work in my schedule.
I have attended two retreats hosted by the teachers at Agora and I had great experiences on both occasions. Everybody was so welcoming and I felt very supported throughout. The quality of the Yoga teaching was of the highest quality and was delivered with kindness and care. I recommend anybody with an interest in learning yoga to visit Agora yoga studio or attend one of their lovely retreats!
This is the best yoga studio I ever practiced at! Sonia and all the other teachers are very experienced and adapt to every student individually. The studio is a wonderful place which automatically calms down the mind and opens the heart. Agora also fits perfectly with the vibe of lisbon and everytime I am coming back for practice it feels like home. My favorite classes: Mysore mornings and Yin evenings.
A beautiful place of strength and true ashtanga practice. There are many yoga studios in Lisbon, but this is the best.
