If I could give more stars I would. Compassion, care, professionalism AND I'm learning yoga. I would suggest you join but I love the small classes of personalized indivual attention received by every instructor. Ok, that's selfish, come and enjoy the most peaceful yoga environment around

My husband and I went here yesterday for the first time and loved it! We went to the beginners yoga as we wanted to learn some of the basics and it was the best experience. It was so nice to have a small place to practice yoga rather than surrounded by tons of people! Nina did a fantastic job and we are very excited to make this a weekly thing. Even better it is so close to where we live!
