Misinformation, lack of common sense, mats split in half from so much use, and on top of that, I left feeling scolded. They charged me 24,000 pesos for 15 minutes and, on top of that, treated me like I was rude. My attitude was one of discontent, obviously showing my displeasure, but very politely I said, "Have a good day," and left with my head held high. I never said a disrespectful word to them. I had asked for information about renting the space via chat. They half-heartedly responded, giving me a price of 12,000 pesos each for two hours. When I arrived, they told me I had to reserve and that since the message had been sent a few days earlier, they had assumed it was for that day. In other words, half-baked information or half-answers lead to misunderstandings. Up to that point, no problem; we told them we would accept a small space and that we would only need an hour to pay less, even without all the necessary equipment, as long as we had a couple of mats. They did indeed give us a space with two mats, but even though I stacked them on top of each other, I could still feel the floor when doing the flip-flap exercise. For personal reasons, we decided to leave after 10-15 minutes, but we still planned to pay for a full hour, assuming it would be half price. But no, they said it would be one or two hours, and under those conditions, the price was the same: 24,000 pesos for 15 minutes. Obviously, I was completely dissatisfied, but without a single word of disrespect, I told them to charge me because after all that misinformation, I just wanted to leave and never return or recommend this place. Another time, they also made me go a couple of times to buy some shoes, only to tell me at the last minute, after I had the shoes on, that they only accepted cash. And obviously, I don't carry 120,000 pesos in my pocket every day. I decided to order the shoes from Amazon. In other words, the staff here aren't malicious, but they really lack interest in providing good, complete information and are unwilling to accept constructive criticism. The moment you express your dissatisfaction or point out that something doesn't make sense, they immediately take a stance, making you feel like the bad guy for daring to say anything. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. There are many other cheerleading spots in Cali that are much cheaper.
