The BEST GYM I have experienced. The trainer is extremely friendly, kind and polite. Also master pushes everyone with the individual's strength and capacity and drags them from their comfort zone as the time goes on. I always eager to get up and run to the place 😄...
AMAZING GYM, The trainer here is incredibly friendly he know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. Superb and safe gym for women's that feels more personal. The trainer take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. I really like how he give me tips and tricks to get the out of every workout. I have been going for this gym a little and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body... Highly recommended! checking this gym out.
I am really proud to be part of Fit zone one of the students. When visited the GYM the atmosphere some thing different from other gym's. Most of the places always they discussed the commercial way of approch but here I felt very happy to care about to improve your performance. One good think after joining and practicing I was realised this much of care taking by the master it was very shock for me. I very much happy every day my master taking me special attention to understand my body movements. As per requirement of my body always changing the schedule and getting the results. Most important think I am sales head in one of the organization but every day morning spending minimum 2hrs in the gym those time I feel forget all my business pressure, enjoying with my family and friends. The atmosphere making me difference. The way our master taking care of personally it's one of the biggest motivation. The Gym is not Fitzone this is 100% health care.
Had a great and good time over here. Well knowledge master.clean and positive circumference. Master are kindly trains me if we put some work out in wrong way means, he take Care and re-teach again and again without any hesitation. Well behaved front office, Playing Music for positive energy.
