Exactly what I wanted/needed! Flexibility and quality, with very few people in each class making you feel that you have a personal training. One of the pilates instructor, Christina is amazing, friendly, motivating and professional. I highly reccomend it!
Great small fitness studio in Koukaki neighborhood. Instructors are very knowledgeable and are careful to watch and make sure you are doing your moves correctly. They offer Pilates mat and reformer, TRX, Hips and Abs (weight and core) and a boot camp. You can purchase a 10 class card for reduced pricing and cost is very reasonable. Small size classes, you can sign up on their website, they fill up quickly.
Brilliant classes, great range of equipment and friendly/knowledgeable instructors. Will be back here in future whenever I am in Athens.
