Our group have had a Xmas meal here for a few years, and the meal has always been delicious and excellent value for money. Combined with lovely surroundings and wonderful staff, it can't be beaten. Already booked for December 2020. Thank you Tollgate 😊
Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was lovely and warm considering it was minus 5. Breakfast was lovely which was included in our room rate. Restaurant meal we couldn't fault it, cooked to perfection. Amazing value would definitely stay again and highly recommend
We stayed 2 nights on a trip to Alton Towers. Lovely family Hotel, our room had a double and 3 single beds. It was spotlessly clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend for families.
I went with my family and as an eleven-year-old, I thought that tollgate was amazing! All the staff were really lovely, giving directions to Alton and helping us find our room, breakfast was delicious, rooms were immaculately clean and our beds were extremely comfortable, had a great nights sleep and it's only a 10 minute drive to Alton towers! Tollgate has been the best hotel that I have been to and that's why I gave it 5 stars.
We liked the idea of bedrooms away from function rooms. We had a quiet evenings Sleep due to the quiet location of the hotel. The work team (staff) are polite eager to assist. Over all nice place to stay.
