Lisa & Ciaran - 26th June 2026 The best decision we ever made was choosing to marry each other. The second best was choosing Cavan Crystal Hotel as our wedding venue. From our very first viewing, we knew straight away that Cavan Crystal was the right place for us. The welcome was warm, the atmosphere was relaxed, and everything just felt right. We left that day smiling, both thinking exactly the same thing - this is where we'll celebrate our wedding. The hotel proved us right every step of the way. ❤️ The Dress Malfunction On the way to the venue on the day of our wedding, I had every bride's nightmare - my dress malfunctioned. In a panic, I rang the hotel, and without hesitation they jumped into action. They even went out to a shop to buy safety pins for me. When I arrived, Irene, the hotel manager, brought me straight to the Presidential Suite, sat me down, and calmly sewed my dress back together herself. She fixed it perfectly. She didn't just save my dress - she saved the day and settled my nerves. It's a kindness I will never forget. 💛 Jordan & Irene - Our Wedding Heroes Jordan, our wedding coordinator, was exceptional from the very beginning. Throughout the planning process, he was patient, reassuring, organised and always happy to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Every email was answered promptly, every phone call was returned, and every question we had was met with genuine care and professionalism. By the time our wedding day arrived, we had complete trust in him, knowing everything was in safe hands. He delivered a flawless day that exceeded all of our expectations. Irene was simply outstanding. She took charge with warmth and confidence, looked after our families, kept everything running perfectly on time, and made sure we were relaxed enough to enjoy every moment. She truly went above and beyond for us. From fixing my dress when I arrived to ensuring every detail of the reception ran seamlessly, she made us feel completely cared for. ✨ The Wedding Day The ballroom looked absolutely stunning. The food was incredible. The service was first class. Every member of staff was friendly, professional and genuinely invested in making our day special. Our guests are still talking about how amazing the food was, how attentive the staff were, and how smoothly everything ran. What really stood out was that the exceptional service didn't end when the music stopped. The following morning, the same warm welcome, professionalism and attention to detail continued. Whether it was breakfast, checking in with our guests, or simply taking the time to ask how everything had gone, the staff made us feel just as valued as they had the day before. It was the perfect ending to an unforgettable celebration. Cavan Crystal Hotel didn't just host our wedding - they genuinely cared about it. They made it personal, effortless and unforgettable. To Jordan, Irene and every single member of staff we met along the way, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for giving us the most perfect day we could ever have wished for. My son had his wedding there in June 26. All I can say is that everything was simply perfect. The night before food and drinks in the bar and then boy oh boy the wedding itself. EASY layout, plenty of room, food AMAZING and not a lot of waiting at the bar. All in all 10 stars if I could.

This Hotel was beautiful , great location , lots of parking , food was excellent and the Staff were the friendliest Staff i have ever encountered. They were always smiling , said Hello every time we met them and couldnt do enough for us. We stayed for 2 nites , 6 women from Donegal . We watched the Donegal game in the bar , and some of us went to the leisure centre after before we went out on the Sat night. Breakfast time was busy on the Sunday , but we still got a table 6 of us altogether , and all our dietary requests were met , especially me being Gluten Free. Michael the Hotel Manager was about both mornings meeting and greeting all guests , which was a lovely touch.

We just arrived home from a 2 night bed and breakfast and 1 dinner deal at Cavan Crystal Hotel in Cavan. We ( 4 couples) had a wonder couple of days in this fabulous hotel. The hotel accommodation was clean and warm and whilst there was an issue with one of the showers, this was dealt with right away by a wonderful housekeeper who had a service man up as we spoke and he dealt with the problem. Indeed, this professionalism and efficiency was shown by all staff throughout the hotel and leisure facilities The dining room and bar on the ground floor share the same area. Tnis is not always ideal when the dining room is busy and you have to move to another area to enjoy your drink. That said, a hats off to Food and Beverage Manager who as soon as he knew we were in the lobby area, immediately opened another area, put on the heat, music and soft lighting for us. Drinks order was taken and within 15 minutes he ( Gavin) had a table of 8 for us in the dining /bar area. His management of the food and beverage services was excellent throughout the 2 days, an absolute credit to the hotel. Would we go back? Absolutely, excellent food and well composed menus, lovely facilities, but most of all, it is the superb staff who make this hotel so hospitable. Well done to all involved.

Good spot for a big crowd. Very near town but not in it. Staff very friendly and helpful. Wasn't here for long and didn't stay overnight so don't know about the room. Public areas very clean and well maintained though so probably good.
