Just returned from a trial visit on a Thursday evening after work. Pros: It was buzzing but not too busy. Great range of cardio, resistance and free weights equipment. Very personable staff. Plenty of TV with various channels on the go from music videos to 24hr news. Upbeat music. Good mix of men and women of varying ages and fitness. Cons: No frills decor with basic shower facilities. Overall, it offered exactly what it advertises. Great facility for the price, so 5 stars from me.
i joined 2 weeks ago and love how it usually always quiet when i go! which is perfect, equipment is limited however and showers could be improved. Other then that is great
Clean, good facilities and friendly staff. Showers could be improved. Overall best value gym around.
