Excellent experience! From the beginning you feel that the trainers really care. They are always willing to help and really care about each individual. The space is perfectly organized and always clean. There is a very nice energy and professionalism at all levels. The organization and consistency stand out. I highly recommend it whether you are just starting out or you already have experience.
Very good gym! There are professional coaches who will help you progress and are always happy to assist. I see great progress with Thekla and Dimitris, they always demonstrate or give advice on how to do exercises correctly. If you have any specific health issues or needs, they will create an exercise plan that suits you. They also do their best to make sure you enjoy the atmosphere in this gym!
