One of the best gyms I have ever used.
I was there a couple of months ago. And i have to say that this is the best gym. Equipment wise that i had the pleasure to go to. The staff is friendly and willing to help and answer questions etc. So that is at a good enough level. Now for the equipmment and overall layout of the gym. It seems very well placed the free weight and machine area. Plenty of natural lighting in the free weight section. As it should be, of course. The machine part of the gym seem to be lees lighted. And that is one of the few objections i had when training there. Now for the equipment. Top quality German engineering machines. Gym 80. Alot of cable stations. Also a plus. Rogue calibrated plates. I think it was up to around 350kg-400kg of plates. Of course there was regular plates as well. A lifting platform for weightlifting. Four power racks. Two half racks. Competition Elite Fts bench. Rogue Ohio Power Bar. Rogue Westside Power Bars etc. Deadlift jack. Dumbbells up to a nice 75kg per hand if i remember correctly. Personally i would like they where a little bit more compact. But still few gyms have more then 50kg anyways. One the few objections i had. And i was really nitpicking here. Was not a problem if weight was droped if necessary. As it is a lifting gym. But not all gyms that have the equipment allow droping of the weight in any conditions. But not here. Well done. Overall i have to give this gym a solid five out of five stars. Highly recomended.
Extremely big, extremely clean, great machines & motivating groovy music, you can even have a massage in a separate room. I have been through a lot of fitness centers, but this one is absolutely the best one I ever went to. It has all you could ever wish for, thank you so much for giving us the freedom to train 24h & such a great motivating environment. And least but not last: the boss is the best! :)
