I have been having private sessions with Jane for a while now and absolutely love her teaching. Her personality and nature gives you confidence. She always listens to how you are feeling on the day and what works for you, whilst pushing you to challenge yourself in a supportive way. Since being guided by Jane, I have noticed a positive difference not only in my body but my mind. Thank you Jane!

When Jane agreed to accept me for One-to-one Yoga sessions she must have thought , this is going to be a serious challenge !!! I was a man in my seventies, replacement joints, Kyphosis, no balance and physically unstable. A year of Yoga sessions later, with Chemotherapy treatment along the way, I am a totally different person and my quality of life has significantly improved. Jane's patience, guidance and excellent teaching are superb, always working within my limitations but expanding my boundaries at the same time. I would encourage anyone of any age and disability, looking to improve their quality of life, to give Yoga a try, as it has totally transformed and improved my life.
Jane is an excellent yoga instructor. I'm able to do yoga in my own home in Florida because she is doing this class from England on Zoom. The stretches and movements really help my flexibility and the class is very calming. I look very much forward to attending the classes when I am available to do so.
What a wonderful way to start March 2026! On arrival Saturday morning the hall was laid out beautifully with spring flowers, mats within a circle goody bags placed on each. So much care and attention from Jane. Tea homemade flapjack. The day unfolded as it began, nourishing yoga followed by fabulous food and company. Nidra, sound bath Yin yoga. I floated out with a definite Spring in my step. Can’t wait for June Day Retreat and October Peak District !!
