Been a member for years and while some of the staff is more entertaining than useful I have had tremendous success training with Heather Klaassen. She is very knowledgeable in all things fitness related and has helped correct massive muscle atrophy I have been dealing with my entire life. She is always smiling and motivating. The programs she comes up with aren't always easy but if you can commit and stick with it the results are undeniable. I cannot recommend her enough, no matter what your fitness level is she will find a way to make you better.

So I put in my notice last month on the 15th that I wanted to quit getting billed and to go to a different gym. How do I get you to stop billing me? Can you contact me? My contract was over last year.

I personally do not recommend this place at all. I got a membership when I was 18, and was heavily pressured into doing so by an employee. He did not go over how long my contract was, and the fact that it would be $275 to cancel it. I would recommend looking into any other gym before Genesis.
