The best place to learn and practice Ashtanga Yoga in Malaga
A very special room to practice Ashtanga, it is beautiful, elegant and cozy. Patricia, is one of the best teachers that I have been able to have, she helps you both in technique and adjustments, as well as to focus on each position. Fully recommended.⭐🧘♀️
I love it.
The Ashtanga Yoga Shala in Malaga. Patricia is a very friendly and warm teacher. I learned a lot from her and if I am back in Malaga I will go to school again.
Having an ethical commitment to a profession and living from it is not only heroic but a clear example that there are beings from other worlds but in this. Our sincere congratulations! Transmit the joy that some people can fulfill their dreams in life and that they share with those who in an honest and above all humble approach heart to this school will not leave them at all indifferent. Highly recommended if you have a firm determination to work as they send the canons of this millennial way of understanding life and being human.
