Great place with a Swimming Pool.... Awesome Trainers and Facilities like Locker, Shower, Sauna, Dryer , etc.... Worth for Money....

Would give the classes (body pump, attack, balance, combat) a definite 5 stars but the place is overcrowded and female locker rooms aren't that clean. Treadmills are constantly taken up with so many users. Would recommend that you shower at home after gym classes.

Their classes are amazing but I feel the gym is really overcrowded. Also the barriers/walls the put up to separate the pool has made the gym floor feel really small and clustered. I feel its ruined the look of the gym also and it doesn't seem to help with the smell of the chlorine! I'll be back of the classes though.
