Bayfit Leisure Centre

Bayfit is a great leisure and fitness centre. The gymnasium is a good size with a great range of equipmemt. There is a good range of fitness classes. The swimming pool area is big with separate pool for laps and a kids pool with water features/fountain. They have kick boards and flotation mats available. They run swimming classes in the kids pool 7 days a week. There is a hydrotherapy pool, spa and sauna. There are public toilets showers, family change rooms, disabled toilets showers and parking facilities.

Great centre with great potential. Love the program pool. However, if they had longer hours would be good. If you work fulll time the centre is limiting compared to having 24 hour gyms available these days. It is the world we live in. If you are going for casual play with kids this centre is not for you. General play area is pointless. They may as well not have it. In summer go to the beach, werribee or Marybrnong. I have been a member since opening and attend all the time. Facilities are degrading and need renovation. Staff could do with PR training. Much of the reception are very Zombie Like Apart from that . A good Centre.

Really enjoyed the baby swimming classes from Fiona, sad to leave as we are moving Interstate. Fiona is high of energy, which works great on all the kids and she'll get a lot done in the 30 minutes. Every week fun over again! Some facilities need to be updated or better maintained.

There are a variety of classes which are all run by experienced friendly staff. Many staff working at this facility are helpful and welcoming. The gym equipment, gym floor space, plus the changing rooms do need to be updated and renovated. The prices are very reasonable to join and to participate in classes.

Very bad experience. Tonight, we took my two children (6 years old and 2.5 years old) to swim. Their mother couldn't go due to handle another urgency. As a result, I took them by myself in order to fulfill the promise, After that, we I went to the family room at 8:40(20 minutes in advance). As a result, the younger child got some water in her eyes and needed special treatment. It took a little more time and the service staff began to knock strongly at the door. I told the staff many times that I needed to deal with special treatment. It has been done soon, and the result was knocked 3 times, so that the children were crying. I had to simply shower them. When I asked the children to stand at the door and wait for me to change my clothes, they directly cut off the whole electricity and The lights were all turned off, cause the two children were crying loudly due to dread and frightened , and they stand beside on swimming pool at that time. I couldn't imagine how dangerous they were. After I changed without shower, and go through reception, They just told us they were off work and want to go home. They close at 9:00, and I leave at 9:13, I do apologise to take your extra 13 minutes in total. Base on situation, nobody thought of coming to help or give a hand, however, We can't believe they turned off the lights when the two children were standing by the pool waiting for Dad to change clothes. It 's unbelievable. If you think I 've made any mistake or exaggerated. you are welcome to check your CCTV. My kids always ask me why they did that when I drive to home, I can't answer them because I don't know why they did like that? I want to know.... Very very bad and unbelievable !!!!
