Fitness Together in Des Peres is nothing shy of AMAZING. The trainers, Brian and Tron, know their material and the one-on-one sessions are one of a kind. I highly recommend this gym to any and everyone no matter the fitness needs!

I cannot say enough good about Fitness Together in Des Peres! I've NEVER exercised a day in my life, and at 61 years old, I was hesitant to begin. Brian and Tron are a-maz-ing! Every single workout is different--I never get bored! I started this journey in Feb. of 2020 and in just 4 months I feel like a new person. I've dropped inches, weight and have never felt this good. Ever! The clean environment and small gym with personalized workouts is outstanding. I'd recommend Fitness Together to ANYONE who has ever hesitated about exercising...it will change your life!

Working out, and "big gyms" in general, have always intimidated me. Not at Fitness Together! The smaller environment, personalized training and upbeat, fun approach to exercise and fitness are exactly what I've needed! I'm 61 with past back and shoulder surgeries, so having professional trainers who can customize the very best workout to meet my individual needs was essential. I've found the perfect balance here and can't imagine going anywhere else!

I have been working out at FT for 8+ years. I love the accountability, the individualized training and the fact that it feels like home when I walk in. The staff is fantastic. If you are serious about your fitness, you will love Fitness Together.

Tron is an amazing trainer. He is genuinely upbeat and invested in my personal progress. He makes each session fly. I have to update this to refer to Tron and Reece as we see both of them each week. Tron and Reece are the best trainers. They always introduce new exercises to keep it interesting and keep us challenged.
