This is one trainer, not a gym floor
Before you plan a drop-in workout, read the listing type: this is a personal-training service in Munster, run by Matthias Warnck, not a gym you can walk into and use. Every review here describes one-on-one coaching, so treat the 5.0 rating the way you'd treat any solo trainer's page. When 16 people all hired the same person on purpose and then rated him, the sample is self-selected. You're not seeing the folks who bounced after one session. That doesn't make the praise fake. It just means the number tells you what his clients think, not how he'd suit a stranger.
What clients actually say
The reviews are in German; I've translated the quotes and marked them. They line up around structure and adaptability. One client from November 2019 wrote (translated from German) that "the training is very varied and in case of doubt flexibly adapted to the daily form." Another, from September 2018, said (translated from German) that after "a short time" it "was worth it," despite having "done sports again and again" without similar results before.
The most useful review, to me, is the one that names the problem it solved. A client from October 2017 wrote (translated from German) that work travel kept wrecking his own plans, and he hoped a trainer "could help me design an efficient training plan that gave the training enough structure." His verdict: "my training has become more regular and the results have improved significantly." That's a concrete before-and-after, not a vague rave.
The specialty worth knowing
A parent review from April 2018 stands apart: Warnck trained their son "for an upcoming sports test as part of a professional application" and, they say (translated from German), "in exactly 10 weeks, he managed to get him in perfect shape." So the range here isn't only general fitness. Test prep and goal-dated coaching show up too, alongside repeated mentions of personalized nutrition plans.
What the average really covers
Sixteen reviews at a flat 5.0 is a small book. Do the math: one honest one-star would drag this toward the mid-4s fast. I'm not saying such a review exists. I'm saying the rating has little cushion, so weigh the words more than the star count.
What's missing
Here's the part no reviewer answers. Not one quotes a price per session, a package length, or how booking works. The listing shows no set opening hours, which fits a by-appointment trainer. So if cost or scheduling decides this for you, the reviews won't. A phone call or the website (warnck.de) will tell you more in two minutes than another five-star ever could.
Who it's not for
If you want a room full of machines to use alone, this isn't that. If you want someone to build and enforce a plan around a busy calendar or a fixed deadline, that's exactly what these clients describe.
