I have been engaged in this center for 4 years. In other centers I tried to do this for 10 years (with varying success). So the "experience" was rich. Only here I was taught the correct alignment of my body, so that under exertion I would not inflict any injuries on myself. I forgot what a sore back and calmly bear the burden, if suddenly this is necessary. I learned to understand my body, live in harmony with the world. Thanks to the Yoga People Center.
