I recently joined this gym and had a great experience from the start. When I first came in, I didn’t know much about using the equipment, but the staff were amazing and very helpful. They took the time to guide me and made me feel comfortable. The gym also offers a variety of classes, which is great for beginners like me. Considering the reasonable price, the service and support you get are excellent. I’m really happy with my decision to join and would definitely recommend this gym to others.

Great 24 hour gym with lots of variety in equipment and machines. Everything is always kept tidy and clean. Very good kickstart session when I joined (Nicole) and a wide selection of personal trainers to choose from (mine is Izaak Brown and he is awesome!). Many free classes to join. The app is also great and the live tracker option lets you see how busy it is. Very cheap membership for the excellent facilities and 24/7 access! 👍
The gym has good space with lots of different machine options and friendly staff. Highly recommend Ash as a PT! Who I wouldn’t have met if it wasn’t for The Gym.
I’m no longer enjoying this gym since the significant price increase, as it doesn’t feel like good value for money anymore. The equipment is outdated and in need of upgrading, with more modern machines required. The new free weights layout is very cramped, making it difficult to move around, let alone train properly, and there never seem to be enough weights available. That said, the Personal Trainers are doing an excellent job with what they have. They’re always welcoming and helpful, and the classes are consistently great. The gym never listen to their members either.
Sunday: open 24 hours. It is closed on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Hours come from the gym's Google listing and can change on public holidays.
