Before anything else: this listing's own data marks KB Sculpt as both temporarily and permanently closed, in two separate fields that don't fully agree with each other. I'm not going to declare it closed for good on that basis alone, since one of those fields is deprecated and unreliable on its own - confirm current status directly before making plans. What follows describes a paddleboard yoga and fitness business as five reviewers experienced it in 2016 and 2017, likely running seasonally outdoors given the format.

Paddleboard Yoga, Not a Studio Floor

Every one of the five reviews describes the same specific, outdoor activity: SUP (stand-up paddleboard) yoga, led by an instructor named Kayla in every single review. Kyle N: "I had an incredible time doing SUP yoga on a paddle board. I've done yoga in the past and Kayla is the real deal. Her skills blew my mind and I had a solid workout in her class!" Courtney Heiden, similarly: "Amazing experience! Kayla is awesome! I felt relaxed and confident even though I had never been on a paddle board! It was so much fun and a great workout. My muscles are still feeling it a couple days later - in a good way!"

Five separate reviewers, all independently naming Kayla and all describing the same paddleboard-based format, is unusually consistent for a small business - this isn't a general gym with varied offerings, it's built around one specific activity and one central instructor.

Genuine Reassurance for Nervous Beginners

Heather Hoehn-Paine's review is the most detailed account of overcoming apprehension: "It was my first time on a paddle board, and it wasn't as scary as I thought. We had a group of crazy gals, and Kayla and Sara were wonderful in putting up with us. While doing yoga on a paddle board was challenging, I did not fall off! That is amazing for me." That's a specific, honest account from someone who expected to struggle and didn't - worth reading if the idea of balancing on water while doing yoga sounds intimidating.

A Real Workout, Not Just a Novelty

Courtney's comment about sore muscles days later is worth taking seriously as evidence this isn't just a gimmick activity - the core-stabilization demands of yoga on an unstable paddleboard genuinely challenge muscles differently than a mat on solid ground would.

A Second Instructor, Named Once

Heather's review also names a second person, Sara, alongside Kayla - worth noting that this may not be a solo operation, even though every other review focuses on Kayla specifically.

What's Missing

No review states a class price. Nothing confirms current operating status given the conflicting closure signals in this listing's data - that's the single most important thing to verify before anything else here. As an outdoor, water-based activity, this is almost certainly seasonal; nothing confirms what months it operated in even when active.

Who It's Not For

Anyone who needs confirmed current operating status - this listing's own data is inconsistent about whether it's still running, and you should verify directly. Anyone uncomfortable being on water, even though multiple reviewers describe overcoming exactly that apprehension.

It was my first time on a Paddle board and it wasn't as scary as I thought. We had a group of crazy gals, and Kayla and Sara were wonderful in putting up with us. While doing yoga on a paddle board was challenging, I did not fall off! That is amazing for me. I strongly recommend using KB Sculpt for your next girls day/night out! Thank you!
