O local para praticar crossfit em Santarém! A box é incrível! Super bem equipada, com ótimos balneários (inclui duche), e uma equipa de “choaches” espetacular! Na Unbroken box seguramente vais sentir-te muito bem-vind@ e quando experimentares já não vais querer sair. Só pelo facto de não teres a preocupação de pensares qual o treino já é uma grande mais valia! Cada WOD dura 1h e há vários horários ao longo do dia a partir das 6h da manhã. Há também aulas de Hirox e Pilates 😁 O ambiente é muito descontraído e familiar. Ótimo para nos desafiarmos e superarmos. ✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼 Qualquer um pode fazer crossfit, com qualquer idade ou condição física - todos os exercícios são adaptáveis! Recomendo!
