Highly recommend FFL Solutions! They have so many classes each day (Mondays- Thursdays, morning and evenings) that there is bound to be one to fit your schedule. Everyday is different which keeps it interesting... I've been happily attending for 3 yrs. The beginning was really tough! It has been great for strength and fitness. Try the Groupon...it is an unbelievable deal!

Have been going to this place for more than a year; fun and effective workout. Each day is different, and never gets boring. James (instructor) has been amazing influencer. It has been a great experience so far.

I've struggled with my weight for years and after accepting a friends invite to FFL I'm HOOKED. The encouragement and support from not just the trainer but also from the group is what pushes me to keep coming back. The workout routine changes daily which makes the workouts fun! YES, I said the workouts are fun!! Thank you FFL for helping me become more active & healthy.

James is encouraging and friendly without being in your face. Lots of variety in exercises keeps it interesting. Breath of skills helps everyone feel welcome.

Jay is a great instructor. Everytime I come here I feel the energy and the work out is great. I feel energized after my workout and highly recommend Fit For Life as your fitness transformational center.
