Lucky for me, years ago a physician emphatically recommended that I stop chiropractic treatments on my back and instead receive physical therapy at Active Care Physical Therapy. Through a combination of sports injuries, bad luck and age, I have found myself injured more than I'd care to admit. Accordingly, I've made several return trips to Active Care; each time I'm amazed at the level of training, care and patience from the physical therapists and PT aides. Most recently I've had the good fortune of having my physical therapy overseen by Kelly Picciurro. When I showed up at Active Care, I had a torn gluteus minimus tendon and could barely walk. Kelly was simply amazing. She manages to be kind, empathetic, understanding of life commitments and a great conversationalist, all while simultaneously pushing your limbs to their stretchable limits, encouraging/pushing you to do uncomfortable exercises (safely) and calling you out if you're not giving it your all. I'm incredibly grateful for Kelly's care and attention. I would highly recommend both her and Active Care to anyone in need of physical therapy.
ACPT is an amazing place! Staff is awesome, specially James and Eric, who have always helped with appointment scheduling and all the administrative work. I was treated by Brian and Himani, and they were both really good. Almost as if they had x-rays machines in their eyes. Knew exactly where the root problem was and treated it gradually, without any rush. Will be thanful to both always. Highly recommend this place.
The entire team at Active Care Physical Therapy is top notch! I came in with extreme lower back pain and trouble with my piriformis muscle (that I have been dealing with for years and have been treated for at another practice with no relief). I worked with Himani who is so knowledgeable, attentive, and all around awesome!! I am so grateful for my experience here and cannot recommend them enough!
If you are seeking for real professionals than this is the place to be. They are very attentive, great customer service and very knowledgeable doctors. I had low back issue and after every session I felt real relieve and overall feeling so much better now. Prices also very affordable.
