Had a great snowboarding experience here, perfect for practicing. 500m+ long slopes, slightly steep but consistent, snow quality could be better. Not crowded especially weekdays. Ski in ski out hotel, very convenient. Ski passes and hotel room prices are reasonably good. Food is moderately good but slightly pricey. Staffs are very friendly and patient, they helped me with the issues i have encountered.

I love this indoor ski place. Every time I come here everyone is so kind and helpful. The atmosphere is great. The food tastes really good. The materials are good too. I am grateful that I get to switch materials to go from snowboarding to skiing. I had a blast. The pistes are not super crowded and there’s plenty of space for advanced skiers as well as for learners.

A good place to learn to ski and snowboard all year round. Depening on what season you're going to visit the indoor slope, prices can either be very economical or relatively high. Keep an eye out for promotions on various websites. On one hand I wished that the speed of the lifts would increase a bit, on the other hand are there more than enough problems with beginners entering them as it is.

I would like to share my experience at this location to help prevent accidents for players renting equipment from SnowWorld Landgraaf. I had a rather unpleasant experience here. I brought my own snowboard boots and rented a snowboard here. The rental equipment was in very poor condition; I had to change the board three times. On the first board, the locking mechanism on the back of the right binding wouldn't lock. Luckily, I noticed it before getting on the ski lift. On the second board, the front strap of the left binding kept coming loose from my boot, causing some minor scuffing on the front of the boot; fortunately, I didn't have any accidents while riding down the slope. With the third board, the rear lock on the left binding suddenly popped up while I was on the slope. This didn't happen when I first started using this board, so I was unaware of the issue; I had simply strapped in and locked the binding over my boot as usual before sliding down to the bottom. When I removed the straps, I discovered that the rear binding lock was positioned upright, pressing against my boot and causing visible indentation damage. My friend witnessed the entire incident. I felt terrible about what happened and lodged a complaint with SnowWorld Landgraaf, but the response I received only made me feel even worse about the place. They responded, “The indentation is merely a temporary depression on the device, likely caused by adjusting the highback level during the binding setup process. Their assessment revealed no signs of permanent damage to the boot, nor did they find any defects or errors in the binding setup performed by our staff.” I didn’t adjust the highbacks on the rental gear from SnowWorld Landgraaf at all—in fact, I wouldn't even know how to do it. I am very disappointed with this place. My friend and I have agreed not to use their services again.

On first appearances it looks good. Staff on reception are polite and helpful. It was very quiet when i went. Regardless of this i recieved a poor standard of rental equipment. The bindings although supposidly fixed, moved around so turns where uncontrolled and holding a edge was near impossible with the amount of chatter caused by the moving parts. The outside space was littered with rubbish so its no surprise rats are present. The renovated hotel has put down decking over the top of mouldy food and empty drinks cans/bottles. The marketing for this experiance is great. Its a shame its all a farce and youve fallen short on the snowboarding, hotel stay, dining and the hospitality. Its a shame as the venue has so much potential. Id come back but wouldnt ever rent equipment, stay on the premises or eat/drink at any of the restaurants.
