For me, the ashtanga yoga classes at the Cocoon Club are the resting point of the week. Although of course I have to make an effort, my mind comes to rest here and thanks to the nice lessons I find new inspiration. It is a pleasant and spacious room, with a nice place for the "aftertea" and a wonderful garden for some extra energetic sun rays. The yogis have full attention for you here. Recommended.
