2500 thb pr mth. if price not matters this is your best option in bangkok a bit crowded in the evenings.

Best Fitness First in Bangkok. Peak time (6-8pm) is a little crowded but it's very manageable as compared to other gyms. The crowd is a little bit on the pansy side; I'd say about 60% are the annoying selfie-taking, make up-wearing, skinny muscle-less pretty boy/girl types. But there are always a few really big or fit individuals as well to keep your motivation levels up. Plus, the free weight area is separate from the machines/cardio - so it's easy to avoid the undesirable crowd as they rarely venture there.

A lot of machines and dumbells. Cozy space and not too packed in the morning. They have a lot of classes you can take from cycling to body combat. On the downside, there is no windows.
