I've been taking classes there for about a month now and love the coaches and the atmosphere. It's a great format where you can adjust the weight/exercise to meet your abilities. The coaches are great and are pretty attentive. Everyone in the classes are supportive and have a good attitude.

We decided to do the 3 month unlimited and there's plenty of variety in the workouts each week. The memberships are pricey but we typically go 4-5 times a week and that really helps get the most for our money

However, the membership sign-up process was disappointing. I had planned to start my membership in January, but due to miscommunication, my membership was activated earlier than intended. I requested a cancellation since we were planning to start the following month, and while the cancellation was processed, the communication from the manager felt uncomfortable. The tone felt more defensive and instructional rather than supportive customer service, and it was noticeably different from the tone used when communicating with my friend. I believe this is an area that needs improvement. Membership billing and start dates should be handled more carefully and clearly confirmed before activation.
