Skanda Yoga Studio - Gym in Miami, United States

Amazing!!! Dahyana was super sweet, helpful and extremely motivational. She made it a point to help every single person in the studio, regardless of their skill level. I couldn't have asked for a better way to start a Sunday. 😉

Lovely yoga space and ambiance. Took class with Viktor. He's very knowledgeable and intuitive. Good understanding of yoga and personal boundaries which makes you feel very comfortable. Class was appropriately challenging and fun. Would def go back when in town and do recommend!!

The owners, Ken and Lina, are great, filled with vast amount knowledge and experience! Needless to say, they truly have attracted an incredible community of dedicated and inspiring practitioners from all levels. I really can't get enough. If you want to grow in your practice, this place is for you!! Skanda is the best place to learn at any level you are. Classes are challenging with a focus on alignment and breath. Each day is guided by a different energy, which makes the sequences differ. This was one of the first things that I loved the most when I started here because it allowed me to explore such a wide variety of poses on a daily basis. All classes give you the option to take it one step further depending where you are in your practice (or simply how you feel that day) so you can explore so much without ever feeling stalled. ALSO, big focus on alignment. They emphasize how to get into each pose and how to refine your pose, which is awesome.

Skanda Yoga is the studio for you to grow and expand your yoga practice at any level. Classes are energetic, well structured, and very well delivered. Every time I practice here, I am challenged and empowered to give my best. It is a place where you can get an intense workout for your body but more importantly for your mind!!, the lessons learned here go beyond the 90 minute duration of the class. As a Teacher Training Trainee, I must say that Skanda Yoga is the best training currently being offered in Miami. It is filled with wisdom and profound knowledge that would allow you to be an amazing and unique teacher.
