I never thought I would be someone who works out in the morning, but I have grown to love the 6am workout crew at Ufit. The accountability has kept me going strong for close to 2 years!
I am so glad to have found Dawn! The workouts are varied, so it's always interesting and works different muscle groups AND cardio. And the accountability and community makes me keep returning. Dawn will personally check on you if you aren't showing up, will help you modify exercises as needed for injury or fitness level, and is just so much fun :) Come join us!
Great gym! Fun place to workout and Dawn is a great instructor. Small group and personal training sessions are awesome.
U Fit is an amazing gym! I was definitely out of my comfort zone when I joined, but Dawn has made me feel very welcome and comfortable. She is an awesome trainer and always makes the workouts fun. I never feel judged when not knowing how to do an exercise. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great workout with good, friendly people!!
