WOW! Work Out World of Fall River

I love WOW for their workout classes, there is something for everyone. This particular location could use an overall update (though they recently did do some renovations... It looks better but still needs help). Every once in a while I get bombarded with phone calls and texts trying to sell me a personal trainer... But that can be overlooked for the benefits I receive with my membership at a decent price.

Been coming here for years, so partially my own fault. I enjoy the ppl who come here, location is convenient. Not as clean as it should be for a fitness facility. They are making efforts to upgrade and update equipment. Biggest complaint... Staff is just ignorant. How about your guests put the money in your paychecks, try saying hi and smiling. Some employees are great. The rest need to go. Between smelling like weed, sitting on their phones all the time or just blatantly ignoring you. Or only talking to their friends or the guests they know. It's frustrating. I've been to other WOW facilities and all the staff acts the same. Might want to look into better training as a company.
