Fantastic practice! Laura gets my unofficial title of "Therapist of the Year" – friendly, attentive, and with noticeable results (in the best sense!). The whole team is great, and Franzi at reception is absolutely indispensable. Nothing would run smoothly here without her. I feel taken seriously and extremely well cared for. Highly recommended!
I was stuck in traffic, and Franziska Doyé very flexibly rescheduled my appointment by 30 minutes just 5 minutes before it was due to start, so I could take advantage of the full hour of sports massage. The reception was very warm and efficient. The massage with Livia Rothenberger was very professional, respectful, and warm. :-)
Nice people there. I'd especially like to thank Severin. Eleven months after the onset of frozen shoulder, I was able to get back on my kayak without any problems! There were two things I didn't like, but they weren't a big deal: - If appointments are made before 8 a.m., but no one at reception is available to let them know if you're going to be late, then it's complicated. - One of the therapists spoke to me as if I were a child. Maybe that was just her way of speaking, but it can also come across as a bit disrespectful.
Ich war zweimal wegen Knieschmerzen bei der Sportphysio und bin rundum zufrieden! Das Team ist super freundlich, nimmt sich Zeit und geht individuell auf die Bedürfnisse ein. Die Therapie war abwechslungsreich und effektiv – ich kann dem Laufsport seit 2 Jahren wieder nachgehen und hatte nie wieder Probleme. Absolut empfehlenswert!
Ich war im Physiozentrum Chur zur Behandlung. Leider war ich nicht ganz zufrieden, da die Behandlung für mich nicht so effektiv war, wie ich es mir erhofft hatte. Das Personal ist freundlich, und die Atmosphäre ist angenehm, aber ich hatte das Gefühl, dass auf meine Beschwerden nicht optimal eingegangen wurde.
