Been coming here for 7 months now and I'm really enjoying training here. The place is always super clean- the equipment, bathrooms, and change rooms are all well looked after. There’s also a great range of equipment, so if you’re focusing on strength, cardio, or something more specific, you’re covered. Shout out to my P.T Shai, for regularly checking in on my nutrition and always prioritise proper form over just rushing through a high number of exercises. That attention to detail has made a big difference in my progress and confidence. Highly recommend this gym 👍🏼
I absolutely love this gym! The 24/7 access is a total lifesaver for my schedule. The staff is incredibly friendly, and having the option to book personal training and body scans makes it so easy to track my progress and stay on point. Highly recommend!
