Been coming here for 7 months now and I'm really enjoying training here. The place is always super clean- the equipment, bathrooms, and change rooms are all well looked after. There's also a great range of equipment, so if you're focusing on strength, cardio, or something more specific, you're covered. Shout out to my P.T Shai, for regularly checking in on my nutrition and always prioritise proper form over just rushing through a high number of exercises. That attention to detail has made a big difference in my progress and confidence. Highly recommend this gym 👍🏼

I absolutely love this gym! One of the best things about it is that it's open 24/7, which is incredibly convenient for my schedule. No matter how busy my day gets, I can always find time to work out. The gym offers a great variety of machines, so I never feel limited in my workouts. Whether I'm focusing on strength training or cardio, everything I need is available and well-maintained. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. There's also always something exciting happening - promotions, competitions, and special events - which keeps the atmosphere fun and motivating.

I absolutely love this gym! The 24/7 access is a total lifesaver for my schedule. The staff is incredibly friendly, and having the option to book personal training and body scans makes it so easy to track my progress and stay on point. Highly recommend!
