I'd call it a "feel-good studio." Everything's perfect. Even if, like me, you only train "mentally" and not out of passion. Twice a week and I've already lost 5 kg since January. And I have more energy in everyday life, for example, around the house. Thanks, Christian and team!

I'm very satisfied! The staff are all incredibly friendly and make sure you train correctly! For me, as someone who doesn't usually exercise much, the classes are especially great; the music, the instructors, and the other participants are incredibly motivating and push you to your limits!
