I highly recommend GMAC Martial Arts. I spent a long time looking for the right martial arts club for my son. I trained Kyokushin full-contact karate in Poland for over 10 years and I was an instructor, leading classes for both children and adults so my expectations regarding the level of instruction and the approach to discipline, while maintaining a positive and encouraging atmosphere were really high. I am so glad that I found GMAC Martial Arts where my high energetic six-year-old son can folow positive role models and after 5mths I can see an improvement in his behaviour, focus and physical abilities.
My son Zac started with GMAC two years ago and his confidence and skills have excelled in that time period. He absolutely loves his classes, teacher and the camaraderie of the other students. His listening skills and attention to detail at gradings still surprise me and make me exceptionally proud! I think it’s a fantastic facility to enrol young children in to help them develop in a variety of ways. Lastly, they always go above and beyond for events such as Halloween, Easter camps and summer holiday camps, making it a great little community for the children and adults alike. I would not hesitate to recommend GMAC to anyone. His little brother can’t wait to get started!!

My son started Gmac a few months ago and absolutely loves it, the staff are friendly and approachable and my son has been made to feel like part of the family instantly. He’s improved in fitness and most importantly confidence, I’d recommend them to anyone who was looking for this type of class. The experience from start to finish has been second to none 👌
Best thing I've done for my daughter is start her here, been just over a year and the change in her is unbelievable. The confidence she now shows in everything she attempts all comes from the work she has done since joining GMAC. Friendly and welcoming staff and a sense of community. Can't recommend high enough.
