At 1st glance of the gym I felt intimidated, but the coaches’ friendliness, professionalism and persuasiveness made me feel at ease. The gym’s safety protocol before and after each session is immense and took all the worries away with this current pandemic. F45 challenges me to be stronger than I was yesterday and reminds me that my only competition is myself. Getting stronger everyday.

All the coaches here and their training programs help you achieve your fitness goals whether you’re here to lose weight, start your fitness journey, condition for an upcoming race or just simply want to exercise. I appreciate their innovative approach at times like this during a pandemic. I’m impressed with their f45 live home workouts and their phone apps are always updated and reliable. Coaches are always available to answer your inquiries too! What I find about F45 being interesting is that they always have new challenges that helps transform members over a given period depending on the challenge. 😊 Lastly, everyone is welcome and the vibe of the people are great. My favorite HIIT gym in Cebu! I've been a member since August 2019 and so far I have nothing but good things to say. :) *Classes are only 45 minutes long. It always starts and ends on time which makes it easy to schedule time out of your day to workout. *The equipment is top notch and very well maintained. *The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly, and very supportive of your fitness goals. *Big basement parking area and parking is free. *They have clean bathrooms with hot/cold showers and excellent water pressure Since I've become a member, this is most definitely the fittest I've ever been in my life! It's also the only gym where I've been consistently motivated to workout almost everyday. Highly recommend! :)
