I began taking Monday evening's Vinyasa class with Pauline about one month ago. Being new to yoga, I felt welcomed and so glad I took on this new adventure! Pauline does a wonderful job keeping one motivated but challenged, all while offering modifications depending on one's level. Looking forward to class!
I went in without much experience with yoga and was pretty nervous about it. I was greeted with encouragement- even from the classmates! Paula was our instructor and she exceeded my expectations! I had such a great experience from start to finish. I will definitely return ❤️
I started yoga at Aum in January. I not only found yoga, but I found friends and a new family!! Everyone is so welcoming and nonjudmental! First time doing a yoga class here. It was the 6 PM Vinyasa yoga. Bob was a substitute instructor and it was an amazing flow. Gracie at the front desk was great to register with and made me feel so welcome!! Thank you Aum Yoga!
